Sage appoints Chief Customer Officer


Sage Housing, one of England’s fastest growing, long-term providers of new affordable homes,  has appointed Lucian Smithers as Chief Customer Officer, a new role that is dedicated to enhancing effective customer communications, digital services and engagement.

Lucian is an experienced marketing and customer service executive, who joins Sage from affordable housing provider Pocket Living - where he was part of the management team and built award-winning marketing and digital platforms across sales and customer care.

Prior to Pocket Living, he was a Director of Sales & Marketing in the content division at Sky, where he was responsible for the brand and digital customer management experience.
