Acquisitions Analyst

Acquisitions

 The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree (e.g. finance, real estate etc.) or relevant experience in a data analyst role. You must have an excellent eye for detail and the ability to organise your own workload. The individual must have the ability to analyse large volumes of data and identify trends to help influence decision making across the business.

FP&A Analyst

Acquisitions 

The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, and a can-do attitude, you will need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, be comfortable with technology and be flexible with the changing demands of a rapidly growing business. Projects include producing and reviewing weekly and monthly reporting, ad-hoc business analysis and setup and integration of systems, and business processes.

 The successful candidate of this newly created role will be responsible for the procurement, mobilisation and contract management of all of Sage’s outsourced housing management services. This covers the delivery of our top-class housing management services including customer services, tenancy management, estate services, rent collection and responsive repairs, including defects.

Homeowner Services Officer

Operations 

 We have an exciting opportunity to work within a brand-new team delivering a responsive, and pro-active customer-focused service to homeowners. You will help create defined policies and procedures and play a key part in building our services for customers.

Planning Administrator/Researcher

Acquisitions 

The ideal candidate will have relevant work experience in the property industry, potentially in a local authority or real estate consultancy. You must have an excellent eye for detail and the ability to organise your own workload. Project Manager

Acquisitions 

We’re recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to project manage a portfolio of new build residential construction projects from pre -start through to completion of build and the end of defects. You will provide the link between the Acquisitions Team and Operations Team to ensure a smooth handover of both rented and shared ownership homes.

Property Compliance Coordinator

Operations 

 The postholder will be responsible for coordinating Sage’s landlord property compliance information and records, as well as providing administrative support for all property related activities to ensure we achieve our aim to be a first-class provider of affordable homes. The postholder will also coordinate the information we receive from our Project Managers on the new homes we acquire from our developers, to ensure our property data is high quality and up to date at all times.

Property Data Administrator

Finance

The role will support users from all departments in their daily use of the Qube & Aareon (post May) System and administer the system ensuring data and system integrity, whilst also being responsible for supporting the team to update the system database; ensuring all accounting and business requirements are gathered and quality controlled.

Senior Acquisitions Associate

Acquisitions

The individual must have an excellent eye for sourcing new real estate opportunities and be pro-active in their approach to building a network across the industry. Senior Service Charge and Rents analyst  

Operations 

You will be our in-house expert on service charges and rent setting, working as part of our experienced operations team to maximise Sage’s service charge and rental income. You will also work closely with the new Service Charge and Rents Accountant role in our Finance Team, to set up our processes to the highest level of compliance and accuracy.

Property Compliance Coordinator

Operations 

Within this role you will be responsible for coordinating Sage’s landlord property compliance information and records, as well as providing administrative support for all property related activities. This role involves coordinating the information we receive from our Project Managers on the new homes we acquire from our developers and working closely with colleagues across the business and with our managing agents to continuously identify ways to ensure that our data and records meet our high property compliance standards.
