Lettings Coordinator Manager

Key duties include:

 

To manage the team of 6 coordinators – including absences / leave requests on HR portal

  • To oversee, track and monitor the sending and accuracy of tenancy documents
  • To assist in weekly statistical reporting
  • Amend weekly rent discrepancies and attend weekly meeting
  • Amend weekly data discrepancies and attend weekly meeting
  • Report interior choices to the project managers
  • Report and track daily/weekly team and individual targets
  • Implement, track and report Coordinator incentives scheme
  • To manage any lettings database to ensure accuracy of resident information
  • Chair fortnightly coordinator meeting
  • Conduct catch ups with individual team members to track daily progress
  • Finalise all tenancy documents for export to managing agent within 48 hours

 

The Team Leader ensures the Coordinators:

  • To create and send tenancy agreements from CRM with 99% accuracy
  • To record any refusals from applicants
  • To Complete 20 CORE forms
  • Finalise all tenancy documents for export to managing agent within 48 hours
  • Monitor and deal with the Lettings/money penny Mailbox within 24 hours
  • To manage the incoming and outgoing keys
  • To send and record Pre tenancy assessments when required

 

About you:

  • Strong organisational and management skills
  • Ability to adapt and deal with a very fast paced environment
  • Able to multitask in a busy workplace
  • Experience managing a lettings team and is familiar with all the different methods of requesting nominations with the Local Authorities

 

Qualifications


Relevant experience from the PRS or other Housing organisation.
