Alison Thain recognised at NED Awards 

We’re delighted to share that Alison Thain, Chair of Sage Homes, has won the prestigious Non-Executive Director of the Year Award in the Private Equity category at the Non-Executive Director (NED) Awards 2024. 

Nominated by her fellow Board members, it confirms Alison as a deserving director and Chair of our organisation.  

Mark Sater, CEO of Sage Homes, said “The judges recognised the extraordinary role that Alison has played, leading, with her fellow directors and in tandem with our investors, the affordable housing sector into entirely new territory and doing so in a manner which embodies the highest standards of governance whilst embracing the mission of delivering for the third consecutive year the greatest number of newly built affordable homes in England.”
